Processing and dispatch

A packing slip goes in every box, with the order number on it. Orders placed before the cut-off leave the same working day. A tracking number lands in your inbox when the courier collects. Orders are prepared within one business day. Your parcel is packed the day after the order at the latest. Nothing about a Sp1der order works differently. Every order of sp1der hoodie ships from our own warehouse, not from a third party.

Tracking your Sp1der order

Carriers scan at handover, so the first update comes from them. The tracking link works within an hour of dispatch. You can follow the parcel from our door to yours. If tracking has not moved in two days, write to us. Processing takes a day at most, weekends aside. This is true of the whole Sp1der catalogue. We do not split an order of sp1der hoodie across parcels unless you ask.

Delivery times

You get tracking by email as soon as the carrier scans the label. Estimates below are what we actually see, not carrier marketing. International parcels take longer — plan for one to three weeks. Transit time varies by region; the tracking page is the honest answer. Most deliveries land within a week of dispatch. The same applies to every Sp1der order we handle. Customs and duties

Import duties, where they apply, are set by your country and paid on arrival. Domestic orders usually arrive in three to five working days. We declare the real value, because the alternative is fraud. Duty and tax depend on where you are, not on what we charge. Import charges are set by your country, not by us. If a Sp1der parcel stalls

A stalled parcel is our problem, not yours — tell us and we open a case. If tracking stops moving for five days, write to us and we chase it. If a parcel goes quiet, we follow it up and keep you posted. We file the claim with the carrier ourselves when something goes missing.
