Refund and Returns Policy

The window

Tell us inside the window and the return itself can be later. A month is plenty to decide, and that is what you get. We photograph what comes back, so there is no argument later. You can change your mind for thirty days. A weekend does not eat into the window. That holds across every Sp1der range we carry. Returned sp1der hoodie is checked by the person who inspected it before dispatch.

Condition of returned Sp1der pieces

Unworn with tags attached — that is the whole condition list. Signs of use beyond trying it on reduce what we can refund. Keep the tags on until you are sure; that is all we ask. We can only take back items in the condition they left us. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. This is true of the whole Sp1der catalogue. We pay return shipping on sp1der hoodie when the fault is ours.

How to start a Sp1der return

One message starts it; there is no form to fill in. One message to [email protected] is enough to open a return. The piece needs to be unworn, unwashed and still tagged. Keep the receipt from the carrier until the refund lands. Returns begin with an email, not a form on a page. Nothing about a Sp1der order works differently. The same window applies to every piece of sp1der hoodie we sell.

Refunds

You get the refund on the card you paid with, not as store credit. You have thirty days from delivery to send something back. Money is returned within a week of the item arriving here. The original shipping charge comes back with the refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days. The same applies to every Sp1der order we handle. If sp1der hoodie arrives damaged, the return costs you nothing at all.

Exchanges within Sp1der

Exchange or refund — you choose, and both cost you nothing. An exchange ships as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier. We send the return label, you do not pay for it upfront. If it is only the size that is wrong, we swap it rather than refund. If the piece you want has gone, we refund rather than substitute. It is the same for every Sp1der piece on the site. Returning sp1der hoodie does not require a phone call.

Damaged or wrong Sp1der pieces

Ask for an exchange and we hold the replacement while yours travels. Exchanges can be made once; after that it is a refund. Tell us at [email protected] what you are sending back and why. We refund in the currency you paid in. There is no charge to swap for a different size or colour. Every Sp1der order we take is handled this way. We charge no restocking fee on sp1der hoodie, whatever the reason for the return.

Postage

Ask at [email protected] and we tell you exactly where to post it. Size swaps are free within the same window. The refund lands on your original method; banks add a day or two.
